Our duck comes from the UK Countryside and is sourced from high-welfare, free-to-roam farms, ensuring ethics and animal welfare are top priority.

Duck is high in fat; however, it is unsaturated fat which is beneficial to the body. Unsaturated fat can help ease inflammation, maintain a healthy heart function, and even improve blood cholesterol levels.

Whilst our meals minced through a 10 mm plate, certain bone fragments may occasionally be larger, as their shape can allow them to pass through the plate.
